Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on our product offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
- Kaftans: Due to their delicate fabric and intricate designs, kaftans are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address. Please include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number.
- Wait for Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchange Process
If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the new item to you once the returned item is received and approved. Shipping costs for exchanges will be covered by Textalux Sales.
